In many of the below cases Forrest has been servicing the client for over five years. In addition extensive IT services, Forrest is a certified MAS 90/200 consultant and reseller. Highly skilled, trained, experienced and knowledgeable in all these areas.

Skincare Products Manufacturer and Owner of Multiple Salons in the USA. We have been servicing this client for six years. 12 locations with T1s and DSL connections all with redundant service utilizing utilizing low cost redundancy routers, WAN, VPN, small LANs in all of the locations, remote access, upgrading of physical layer in a number of locations. Accounting software support (MAS 200), general IT service and support to all the locations, particularly one location in New York City with 50 nodes.

Industrial Air Pump distributor with three branches in the US. For seven years, we have been the IT services company for this client. Set them up with a WAN that incorporates VPN / firewall between the locations, accounting software utilizing client server between the locations (MAS 200), internet services as email, WEB, spam stoppage services, procurement of all their IT related products, full accounting software support (MAS200), general LAN support. Whenever necessary I traveled to their remote branches for IT support.

Trailer Rental Company: Our services for this client include; hosting, maintenance, service, procurement of IT related products and database and computerized accounting (MAS 200) support. Recently this client had a major disaster of Microsoft 2003 server primary disk failing. After spending much time on the phone with Microsoft, they announced they were unable to help them. I then researched and found a high end software utility and figured out how to recover the data from the disks and rebuilt the server. Microsoft asked if I would be available to help them with such problems.

Blood Bank: Their sole support for their accounting program, (MAS 200).

Physical Layer (Low voltage wiring and networking) and Data/telecommunications for a Seven Story Building in Midtown NYC This involved over 350 nodes, designing IT rooms, installation of horizontal and vertical wiring in all eight floors and all their offices for data, voice and security, certifications of the wires, interfaced with all the ISPs and telecommunications providers in order to facilitate service to the building. All this work was done while a major renovation was going on, in coordination with the General Contractor and all the different trades.

Physical Layer (Low voltage wiring and networking) for a college in Queens NY This involved over 450 nodes, designing IT rooms, installation of horizontal and vertical wires on all floors, installation of fiber optic wiring for nine dormitories, with all wires certified. The work was done in a new construction environment dealing with multiple GCs and the owner.

Investment Management Group of a Major US company: We were the sole group responsible for servicing and maintaining their NY Offices which is responsible for investing the firms funds. We fully implemented MAS 200 for this company. They were a mission critical and high security office. Our engineers have been visiting the offices weekly for over five years. Their systems always have been at a high standard of operations and functionality. The firm maintains with us a 24X7 service response contract. We have been working at a close coordination and cooperation with the firm's IT department for many years. We relocated this firm after WTC disaster when their building suffered major damage (across from WTC). We reset up their offices in midtown Manhattan within two weeks.

Investment Management Group of an Overseas Major Reinsurance Company: Relocated the firm several times, Designed and created a full IT Room with, redundant systems, networked the entire office, serviced and maintained their systems up until they were bought by another firm. Every IT related service and product was resold to them by ourselves, installed and maintained by us.

Publishing company: I serviced this company for over 13 years, helping them to grow to the size where they brought in a full time IT staff to service and support their 150 node network. I got them to throw out their typewriters in 1989 and got them the original Novell Network with DOS based machines using Word Perfect. Over the years as they grew and technology changed I updated them with the most up-to-date and newest technologies, designed and built their IT facilities. Eventually we turned the facilities over to the new IT staff.
